Brewster Productions is a concert production and promotion company based in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Brewster Productions is most widely known as the producer and title sponsor of the Acoustic Nights Free Concert Series, a free outdoor summer concert series in Plymouth. The company promotes and produces concerts in Massachusetts, New York, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Connecticut, and Rhode Island, and works with nationally-touring artists such as Mark Rose (of Spitalfield), Sean P. Rogan (of Big D and the Kids Table) Lucas Carpenter, Love In Stockholm, The Release, Jake Hill, Jeff Conley. Brewster Productions states as their mission to work with young local artists to help them gain exposure, and they focus much of their work on helping local musicians. Their published slogan since its founding is "The Local Music Revolution".[1] Brewster Productions also provides sound production services for a number of different events including the Nike Indoor Nationals track meet in Boston, the Naukabout Music Festival on Cape Cod, and the Black Mountain Arts, Foliage, and Music Festival in Jackson, New Hampshire.[2]

Brewster Productions was founded in 2007 by Scott McEwen, Jon Dorn, and Harrison Quinn, all of whom are 2005 graduates of Plymouth South High School.[3]

The School's Out Summer Concert Series Edit

The School's Out Summer Concert Series, Inc. is a non-profit corporation which produces, in conjunction with Brewster Productions, an annual series of outdoor free concerts in Plymouth, Massachusetts, from May to September. The concert series was founded in 2008 and features national and local artists including Mark Rose (of Spitalfield), Lucas Carpenter, Love In Stockholm, The Release, Jake Hill, 3rd Left, The Eagle Hill Band, and Ben Carter.[4] The concert series is notable for concentrating on teen audience demographics, pairing local young bands with touring popular artists.[5][6] The concert series is produced in partnership with the Plymouth Antiquarian Society.[7]
